North Carolina Association of Family and Consumer Sciences 105th Annual Conference

The NCAFCS Executive Board invites you to the 105th Annual Conference of the North Carolina Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. Our organization’s mission is to provide leadership and support for professionals whose work assists individuals, families, and communities in making informed decisions about their well-being, relationships, and resources to achieve optimal quality of life.

THE CONFERENCE WILL PROVIDE:

• Networking opportunities and industry tours for Family and Consumer Sciences professionals from across North Carolina
• Access to resources and the latest research aligned with the mission and vision of the organization
• Classroom resources for secondary and post secondary Family and Consumer Sciences classrooms
• Professional development sessions in the following areas:
• Interior Design
• Child Development
• Fashion Merchandising and Design
• Foods and Nutrition

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The conference is geared towards any Family and Consumer Sciences professional across multiple practice settings and content areas. College students in FCS and related programs are strongly encouraged to attend.

COST: Members: $150; Students: $80; Non-members: $200; One day attendance: $80
